Describe what there is about your background and your experiences that will contribute to the diversity of the

entering class and enhance the educational experience of other students. I was born and raised in Indonesia. I will be able to give a different angle from other students which most likely have experience in developed societies. I will share to them how we, banks in the developing country citizens, build our financial system in the middle of economic difficulties and frustrating government bureaucracy with the dream to overcome all of the challenges that we had and able to be on a par with other banks from the developed economies. In addition, with more than 6 years of professional banker in Indonesias biggest bank and my vary experiences start from simple operational system of a bank until a national product manager should give a broad perspective that I could share to the others and would advance everyones knowledge. An eager beaver, that is what everyone in my work place like to call me. I am a hard worker person, an inspiration to achieve beyond expectation and a good friend with a huge sense of humor that can enlighten others life. The bamboo philosophy taught me to be strong and flexible at the same time will be my basic character. I believe that we will receive what we gave, this has taught me to give and share what I have and in the end we will receive more than we already gave. It means that while I contribute my experiences, uniqueness and cultural background to the Kelleys community, I will gain the international experiences and other valuable knowledge. Furthermore, because of my educational background as an engineer, I have very good technical knowledge about manufacture and industry. Combined with knowledge and experience in the banking industry such as saving products, marketing, and maintaining relationships with customers, makes me a unique person. Not to mention my ethnicity as Asian and my religion as a Catholic in the largest Moslem developing country in the world, will surely enrich the cultural diversity within Kelley. Overall, all of my knowledge, experiences, values, and visions, combine with my eastern Javanese Indonesian values, such as tolerance, modesty and honesty will make me a fascinating person to contribute positively in a dynamic global environment and a great addition to the rich cultural diversity within Kelley MBA Full Time Program.
