Max has also showed signs of hypocrisy when he said take a joke, but later showed signs of anger at Derrick when Derrick was simply giving Max a taste of his own medicine. To avoid any more confrontations, and to save Max a trip to the E.R., Derrick hereby declares this document a joke, and hopes that Max will not catch any hard feelings.
