Judo is a fighting sport that has he's origins in Japan. in the twentieth century it came
over to Europe and the rest of the world. Nowadays it's a very popular sport in many
European countries, Russia, south-America and of course Japan. t's the national
sport of Japan and the best judokas are almost as well known as the prime minister.
practice a lot of judo and think it's a wonderful sport! t's divided into 2 segments,
first the standing phase followed by the ground phase. n the standing phase you try
to throw your partner over your back onto the ground. f he falls on his back the
match is over but if it's not then we go to the ground phase where we try to win by
submission. A key thing in Judo is that you have to think that your opponent is a real
enemy that you need to kill, without that train of thaught youll never win a Judo
match.
