To enable the logs, do the following: a. Double-click the enable_logs.js file. b. Click the button to finish enabling the logs when prompted by the dia logue. Note: After you have enabled the logs, it is better to restart NOS prior to coll ecting the logs. 2. To collect and zip the logs, do the following: a. Double-click the collect_logs.js b. Click the button to finish collecting. Zip the logs when prompted by the dialogue. After clicking the button, the folder where the zip logs have been saved opens. 3. To disable the logs, do the following: a. Double-click the disable_logs.js file. b. Click the button to finish disabling the logs when prompted by the di alogue.
