W Workers at the BE company witnessed a Iatal
accident oI one oI the workers.
W Management did whatever it would take to restore
normal working conditions and compensate the
deceased dependants.
W The management took a participative role and dealt
with this sensitive case careIully using the union
help.

The company had good relations with the workers. Assumed in the

compensations, and other monetary help to the workers.

productivity:

- AIIective model
- Contingency model
