Does anyone know if Oracle HRNS handles succession planning and if so, what is the function/feature that allows for it?

There is a Succession Planning menu item under the Nanager SelfService reponsibility, it is based on Positions.

Succession planning should be used with positions and of course the person compency value. Then through appraisals you can forward plan somebodys career. You may of course want to plan people so they are able to sucseed senior people. Tim Hughes oracle@evector.com
