The Iollowing data represents the sales (Rs , 000) per month oI three brands oI toilet soap
allocated among three cities:

Test whether the mean sales oI the three brands are equal. Also test the mean sales oI toilet soap
in each city are equal.



















Three variations oI painkiller drugs were developed by pharmaceutical company. These were
tested on 20 each oI the patients classiIied as having severe and less severe pain conditions. AIter
15 minutes, patients were asked to rate the pain on pain score with scale Irom 0 to 10; o being
pain has completely gone and 10 means there is no diIIerence in intensity oI the pain. The result
is shown below:
