Creating a responsibility and setting MO: Operating unit profile to refer the right operating unit.

Create a responsibility as below from System Admin resp.

Assign above resp to a user

Now check this resp is referring to which operating unit (by default it will refer vision)

SELECT * FROM HR_OPERARING_UNITS WHERE ORGANIZATION_ID=204

Now set the profile to attach TATA MOTORS CLF operaring unit to Inventory TATA CLF resp.

Site : It is applicable for entire application Application : Works for specific application like Purchasing, Inventory Responsibility : Operating unit attached to a selected resp. User : for specific user

Now switch to Inventory TATA CLF resp

When you checked the profile ORG_ID it is showing 5230 which is Inventory TATA CLF operating unit. SELECT * FROM HR_OPERATING_UNITS WHERE ORGANIZATION_ID=5230
