    Specimen for CD4 should be collected in EDTA tubes with 2mL capacity is ideal. Non-Hemolyzed. 3. Extract 10cc blood to fill up at least 4 EDTA tubes. 4. Samples should be placed within an icebox with cold temperature ranging from 4-8C. Do not freeze. Do not spin samples. 5. Samples should be processed within 6 hours from time of collection. 6.
