Dr . . J.obn Savage, Dartmouth, a member of the .Board of Directors of the Ifome .for Coloured Children, asked Department of Public Welfare or the Human Rights Commission to consider granting an extra $1500 to help pay for the consulting firm of Rafuse, Marintet and Dwyer, who are making an evaluation of the physical :f.acilities. of the home, the way the home is being run, .the way the money is being spent, and the competence of the staff. This Department has already agreed to pay $1500 towards the cost of the study. Dr. has discussed this with Kevin Burns.
