Sub: Appointment for the post of Shift ncharge

Dear Sir,
This is to intimate that you have cleared your finale round of interview for our site at
Rudrapur. You are hereby appointed as Shift ncharge w.e.f 10
th
January 2012. There are
certain intimations to be informed to you ,before your joining which are as follows

Your closed package is of Rs 3,60,000/- per annum.
You would avail 7% of your monthly salary as House Rent Allowance.
You would have to go through a medical fitness examination at site.
You would be entitled to 12 wellness leaves per annum.
You would be entitled to 12 casual leaves apart from weekly rest.
You can be shifted to any shift (Morning/Evening/Night) at the site depending on the
requirement.
An annual increment of 15% to your salary.
You can be put down on double shift,if required for which you will be paid.

Rest of the formalities would be done at the time of joining.




Kindly bring this letter at the time of joining with your identity proof, on 10

1200 hrs.
