Environmental exposures are usually on the least priority for different organizations. However, the result of adverse environmental conditions, often lead to disaster or occurrence of many types of severe problems. Considering a real world organization / firm and give a detailed description of the controls/measures adopted for environmental exposures by that organization. The details must include: the policies related to exposures, problems faced so far, solutions adopted to overcome those problems, assessment of effectiveness of the current policies, loopholes in the current policy, changes require to make the current system a foolproof system, and anticipated challenges. Provide a cost-benefit analysis of your suggestions to the company so that the company is convinced to adopt your suggested policies. REQUIRED: The report may include:

Profile of the organization / firm Nature of business (products / services etc.) Policy documents related to environmental exposures Description of alarms, detectors, sensors etc. Power supply options, problems, solutions, effectiveness etc. Measures for lightening, earthquake, hurricane, flood etc. Fire, high temperatures etc. Air-conditioning, ventilation, humidity control etc. Emergency evacuation plan Any other information specifically related to that company
Examinees are advised not to copy/ share their Projects/ Presentation. It will be treated as unfair means and is liable to severe punishment including cancellation of result/ registration. Also do not copy the matter from internet, which is considered as plagiarism and treated as unfair means.

TOTAL MARKS IN WORDS INSTRUCTIONS: 1. The student is required to make an oral presentation of 10 minutes before an audience consisting of examiners and some students. The marks to be awarded will depend on the oral presentation with the use of visual aids like charts, graphs, transparencies, etc. The normal time spent by the student in positioning charts and visual aids will not be reckoned towards the time of 10 minutes allowed for presentation. 2. Presentation Evaluators will distribute the Final Project top cover sheet to the candidates before the start of the presentation and ensure that the candidates have recorded all their particulars correctly as well as staple the top cover sheets with the Final Project to be submitted. 3. Candidates are not allowed to write Name, Registration No., Roll No., Name of Centre and any other information inside the report or Final Project. Failure to comply with the instructions will invalidate the result of the candidate. 4. Candidates must print or write their Final Project on A 4 size papers for submission to the Examiner before / during the presentation. 5. Transparencies should only be used for presentation and shall not be submitted with the project. However, the photocopies of transparencies with the Final Project may be attached. 6. Use only one side of the leaf (page) for preparing the Final Project report (solution).
