White Extremists Ellen Walker, Death Camp MGR., Common Ground, Twelve Tribes Attack Retired Black Female Educator in MA
White Extremists Ellen Walker, Death Camp MGR., Common Ground, Twelve Tribes Attack Retired Black Female Educator in MA
(Completed document)
My name is Denise L. Weeks. I am a retired Literacy Coach and teacher from the Boston
Public School system. After more than 20 years in the field of education I was forced to
retire from the system. I was and continue to be a target of white extremists affiliated
with the Boston Public Schools.

A lot of the contamination of food products is completed by young extremists like Mark
and library boy under the direction of Ellen Walker and Richard Stutman. These young
men along with Ellen Walker absolutely must serve jail time because it will take time for
society to heal from their deeds and for them to understand their base nature while living
among civil people.
This is not to say that all members of the various unions are participants, but rather that
each union has white extremists who engage in bio-chemical warfare to harm an
individual, and or group. The white extremists have a well established institution of
racism that supports their agenda, so they utilize people of color in their deeds. For
example, Mark from JP Licks, and library boy along with others moonlight for Ellen Walker and
break and enter into area businesses to contaminate food products. I am certain that their finger
prints are also easily accessible. This behavior is extreme. They also utilize people of color
through fear, intimidation or payment with money, promotion or status. These
individuals do not think rationally and that is why they are referred to as white
extremists, and have indeed entrapped themselves.
Once you enter into a serious disagreement with the union, you either submit or your
career will forever be an uphill battle. I did enter into an uphill battle with Richard
Stutman president of the Boston Teacher Union. During the last public meeting at which
Richard Stutman spoke he mentioned, “We have a way of dealing with trouble makers,
those who don’t go along with the game plan. Dirty tricks, we have ways of bringing
them around.” I did know of the dirty tricks but I never knew exactly how dirty they
actually would become.
Dirty tricks generally meant, work to rule. You did no more than the contract stated. Of
course many teachers who are totally pro-union took it to a greater level. If you could
undermine a school wide initiative under the contract so be it. It meant if anyone said or
suggested anything about any teacher no matter how negative their influence upon the
children, that person becomes a school target or school system target. Your character will
be defamed throughout the system just for speaking the truth. Only the strong survive
their attacks. Many teachers and administrators back down because it can be a bit brutal
especially when dealing with a classroom of children everyday, or just interacting with
your colleagues on a day to day basis. Once again this maintains the status quo.
During bussing Black teachers experienced a lot of harassment on the job, but it was not
fully addressed. That is the reason why today it is rearing its ugly head in a more
deceitful manner. As time went on the union felt that they could maintain the status quo
without much consent. After all they still felt that the teachers of color were intruders into
a system that belonged to them even the population that was being served was drastically
changing. Of course on many levels things did improve, but on many levels thing did not
improve.
At one point in my early teaching career when I presented various issues regarding
discipline school wide and academic concerns I had men’s underpants with bowel
movement placed in my classroom. Books were constantly taken from my classroom. It
was never addressed by administration or the union representative who was right across
the hall from me. This was meant to silence my voice. I do not want to belabor this point
because this was the small stuff when one considers the politics that take place in our
school systems.
This is just a very minute list of ways to train a teacher to accept the status quo
Literacy Coach
After becoming a literacy coach it became crucial to have administrative support if the
literacy initiative was going be effective. Administrators would demand that a schedule
be created and then would ignore or change the schedule. Constant interruptions were
allowed during the literacy instruction. Visible administrative support was minimal and in
some cases the administrators made it a point that they did not support the effort at all. If
teachers do not see the support of the administration then they can make the choice to
support the initiative or ignore the initiative. The fault is really because there is no ground
breaking accountability that ensures working effort on the part of the coach, teacher and
administrator-so the effort can fluctuate from day to day or week to week. Meanwhile the
test scores reflect that our children are in trouble in literacy along with other academic
areas.
It was at this point that I was told by my supervisor Cathleen Kral (one of the directors)
Director of Literacy that “I better just learn to get along, that is the way the system works
and nothing is going to change. Court Street knows about principals who don’t support
the effort. I know and nothing is going to change.” I knew at that point that it was time
for me to make my exit from Boston. I had had enough. But I would not exit quietly.
I figured that if I could bring to the table the issues of education and racism within the
system we could bring about positive change. Instead I discovered that individuals have
to be willing to change and to participate in the process of change. The director of the
Literacy Department was constantly suggesting new ways to present literacy to our
youth. It seemed that we were constantly trying out new things before we could
determine if the initial effort was effective. As part of our professional development we
were supposed to read and discuss the impact of racism in our teaching and learning. This
effort was very uncomfortable for some or many because no matter how many times it
was introduced it was never completed.
I would constantly hear literacy coaches talking about our literacy issues in the Boston
Schools and how it appeared that a lot of stuff was not working. For whatever reason
those types of comments were shut down. The truth is that we were functioning on a
grant and we had to demonstrate that it was truly working, even if it wasn’t. It seems
ludicrous to ignore the fact that the majority of our students were not reading or writing
on level, and were not even passing the basic writing prompt with out teacher assistance
of editing and representations. So, my query became why it is so easy to accept this level
of work in Boston and yet the town of Brookline next door would not allow this type of
behavior. I wanted us as professionals of various races to have this discussion for the
benefit of the students. I could see immediately that this was not demonstrating the go
along to get along philosophy of Boston Public Schools and the Boston Teachers Union.
Have we given up in frustration or is there another initiative working behind the scenes.
Well, these types of questions were not to be tolerated in our meetings or our school
system. I was just to accept things as they are according to the various department heads,
and administrators in the Boston schools. I just could not.
I began to notice certain things that I hadn’t noticed before. Many times when I would
prepare for a literacy presentation at a particular school I would pretty much use the same
computer so I could save things on the desk top. I began to notice strange odors’ coming
from the area that I prepped that was similar to the odor I experienced in my home. It was
sometimes intense enough to make me feel slightly dizzy. It was not until it became
consistent that I realized that something was up. But who do you tell this to and sound
sane. I did however, notice that certain individuals would insist that I not use their
computer at all, or when I went into a room they would immediately leave the room. On
many occasions I had to give up the preparation because it was too intense.
So not only did I have to deal with harassment on the job but now it was taking place at
home and at work. It would not be until even later that I realized that each time I left my
car individuals were assigned to put chemicals in my car that would cause me to become
extremely dozy. The one thing I knew for sure that as soon as I sat in the car I became
extremely tired and when I left the car I was no longer tired.
At the Brookline library a library worker is constantly spreading chemicals throughout the library
with me as a target. These chemicals will easily be traceable back to him because the amount he
uses is excessive. He has somehow managed to spread the chemicals throughout the ventilation
system so he can be more specific in his target that is me. I have never personally met this
individual but as part of the extremist group he has a role and that is to engage in this type
of illegal hate crime, along with breaking into businesses around New England.
Anyway, the harassment became intolerable, so I did not return to the school system this
past 2007. I was not willing to compromise and the union certainly was not.
Not only did I have to retire but I had to move from my abode of more than twenty years
because the Boston Teachers Union along with Richard Stutman the president, Ellen
Cunniff, Property Mgr. began to harass me outside of the school setting. I moved under
emergency conditions.
Please note some of the following reasons I moved from 133 Park Street Unit 403
Brookline, MA 02446
I had a favorite restaurant that I ate every day, Common Ground Café. I did not
know their nature until it was too late. It is for this reason that I am informing you
before others suffer the consequences of trusting them. Common Ground is part of a
white extremists group that participated and still does participate in attempting to
poison me. It was not until one day when one of the gentleman workers offered me
what he called a special cup of tea especially brewed for me. Within a few seconds of
taking a sip I began to bleed profusely. The Common Ground employees also visited
my complex a couple of times. In retrospect it clarified why they were always asking
me questions about my itinerary, and my views on the union.
It was at this time that I decided that I had to move from Brookline after 30 years. The
level of harassment by the property manager who I also believe is part of this same
group, the violation of my civil rights as a tenant, and citizen became intolerable. The
fact that the Druker Company did nothing to address my issues over the years
contributed to the move.
• At times the odor in my unit was so excessive that I had to leave the building
just to breathe. (reported it to police & Druker Company)
• In the winter I generally would have no heat-even though it was included. To
make matters worse, there was a strong odor that would attack my lungs, and
it felt as if they were going to explode
The Boston Public Schools refused to address the issue, and the state. I obviously
could not take this issue to the Boston Teachers Union because they were the culprits
who targeted me and support this white extremist organization.
• In the evening this group of adult men and women lead by Ellen Walker
would stand under my patio and spray chemicals through my patio door, while
my neighbors would do the same through their units. (These activities are still
going on today.)
• My car became impossible to utilize because in the evening it was broken into
and chemicals were placed throughout the car. At first I took the car to the car
wash daily and had it vacuumed and washed. That was senseless because each
time I left my car to go in a store, to visit some one, go to the library, etc., I
would have to repeat the same thing. So that means that if I left the car 5 times
a day I would have to clean it. Eventually it became a burden so now I do not
have my car on the road. I must reiterate these individuals I have never met
previous to my moving into this condo, the individuals who harassed me in
Brookline I never met previous to them moving into the building. The only
connection is that of the Boston Teachers Union.
• Doorway entrance to my unit has been sprayed with chemicals
• Mail- I have a shopping bag full of mail that is covered with chemicals
• Visible holes that have been drilled into my unit by Ellen Walker & Family to
“chemicalize” me and the things within my unit.
Now I can look back and remember the one thing they all seemed to question me
about and that was “how do you feel about the union?” I did not, and do not, and try
not to bite my tongue when it comes to the politics of children and their education in
our school systems whether public or private.
Even as I sit in this library at this time I am being harassed by an individual who is
spraying chemical throughout the library with me as his target. This white extremist
group is totally out of control and a complete danger to society.
I am having an open house of sorts because I want people, and the news media to see
the type of people that are part of this group and the danger that they present to our
society and democracy and the future of America. This list is hardly complete because
it is frustrating to actually write about their activities especially when you have on
who is spraying in a public library at this very moment.
