Date: 28-10-2011 Dear Sirs, RE: LETTER OF APPOINTMENT I/We Joseph Njau working with Beatfast enterprises that deals in general supplies. Currently, I am the lead broker with exclusive authorization of a 300acre parcel of land in Malindi-along Malindi highway past Gongoni L.R No11833 free hold and are looking to sell, develop or do value addition to it that will attract prospective investors. To this end, we wish to appoint you Architecture by Cedar, as Architect and lead consultant, to offer consultancy services on the most optimal use of the parcel. The above mentioned firms will then get into a legally binding contract that will be discussed upon the acceptance of this appointment letter. This contract will stipulate the obligations, terms of engagement, remuneration and scope of services to be offered by both parties over a specified time frame. Subsequently, it is our expectation that you will offer guidance in the following areas: Project feasibility Building by-laws Environmental management etc

Lastly the owner of the plot is not bound by the terms of this appointment until an agreement is signed between her and a prospective purchaser. Please confirm acceptance of this appointment.
