Diagnosis Decreased cardiac output r/t low blood sugar as evidenced by pulse rate lower than normal, easy fatigueability, irritability and body weakness.
Planning After 3 days of nsg. intervention the pt.s blood sugar within normal and will demonstrate satisfactory cardiac output, and demonstrate increasing tolerance for physical activity, pt. will describe the required diet, activity and limitations.
Intervention Monitor cardiovascular, respiratory and temp. R: to determine and prevent complication. Monitor for signs of fluid overload R: to prevent dependent edema and weight gain. Assess pt.s activity tolerance by noting onset of SOB, palpitations and dizziness.

Teach use, dose, frequency, and side effects of medication R: to be able for the pt. know proper medication fo the said situation. Change pt.s position to flat or trendelenberg when BP is in a range lower than
normal. Provide information on stress-reduction techniques such as biofeedback, progressive muscle relaxation, medication and exercise
R: to teach pt. some knowledge about some activities required for her.
