November 2008 Victory Charter School Procedure for Personnel Activity Reports reflecting PositiveTime Reporting: Victory Charter

School will have in place a time card that accounts for positive-time reporting for those employees who are paid in part with federal grant monies. The procedure will include: 1. Required employees receiving a new time-card for each months reporting period. 2. Required employees completing time cards daily. 3. Required employees completing each time card section, and ensuring that positive-time reporting is accounted for those employees paid in part with federal grant monies. 4. Submitting time cards on the due date each month to the Victory Charter School clerk. 5. Victory Charter School Clerk keeping a record of the time cards reflecting the positive-time reporting required in the appropriate personnel files. This procedure is effective 12/1/08.
