will continue to builu a stable uemociatic society baseu on the iule of law wheie the human
iights anu funuamental fieeuoms of its citizens incluuing the equality of men anu women
aie guaianteeu unuei the Constitution Afghanistan iecommits to upholuing all of its
inteinational human iights obligations Acknowleuging that on this path Afghanistan will
