I tried to withdraw thru the ATM but no money was dispensed by the machine and t he amount was already

deducted from my account balance, can I still get my money back? As a first step, report the incident or other concerns regarding such withdrawal s to our ATM hotline (632) 526-3336 (during office hours) or (632) 526-3201; 573 -4217 & 573-4218 (after office hours). PNB shall conduct an investigation based on your report. If the details of your report match PNB s record of the transactio n, the money shall be credited back to your account.
