Dear Sirs, On September 1st, 2011, I purchased a 1.5 ton samsung Air Conditioner from your shop for installing it in my office. I would like to bring to your notice that the air conditioner is not functioning properly. The air conditioner has inadequate cooling capacity and also it is consuming more electricity than promised. This air conditioner is causing a great deal of inconvenience to me and my customers. Please ensure that the defective air conditioner gets replaced and a new air conditioner gets installed in my office not later than Monday,December 12th. Dear Sir, I had gone through the advertisement in the Times of India dated Sept. 15, 2011. I have seen the job responsibilities and I would like to apply for the post of Assistant Sales Manager. I have done my MBA with a dual specialisation in Marketing and Finance in 2010 from ISB&M, Kolkata. I have got a fairly good understanding of marketing skills and I can easily make people agree to my point of view. I believe that convincing people is one of the basic requirements of a sales profile and I would be able to do a good job. Also, Sir, I was born and brought up in Assam and I can speak Assamese fluently. Also I have a fairly good understanding of the way of life in the North East and I would be able to establish and maintain good relationships with the wholesellers, suppliers and retailers. It would be also easy for me to recruit local salesmen and motivate them to achieve the targets.
