Management Trainee-Instru.tional Design-Job Des.ription:
O #esponsible to assist senior IDs in course design for effective learning and perform
te same for all te courses assigned.
O nsure to assist in designing te Course Outline as per te learning objectives and
develop training material meeting te same.
O nance knowledge of Instructional Design and $toryboarding
O Assist te seniors in performing tecnical course setup, populate platforms wit
content (adering to templates), proof tem for completeness, and best practices for
online learning.
O #esponsible to write te case studies as assigned by te senior- ID.
O #esponsible for te up dation of te client feedback wen ever required as assigned
by te senior ID.
O nance te tecnical skills.
Management Trainee-Proje.t Management-Job Des.ription:
O #esponsible to perform and deliver all te assigned multiple projects from initiation,
plan, execute, control to closure.
O Participate in te project initiation pase of te project wic would include
negotiation, estimation of scope, time & cost wit a view to identify and define
project deliverables clearly and contribute to te preparation of project execution
plan.
O eed to possess a clear understanding of client, as well as its requirement and style
of functioning to deliver te ig end quality product.
O Identify and select project team members along wit te learning design team in te
kick off meeting and ensuring tat a robust and capable team is built effectively to
deliver te project.
O $ould be able to work in a team, accept feedbacks and sow continuous
improvement.
