The pinout functions were taken from a table in the Kawasaki Manual. The wire colors were determined from the wiring diagram and visually checked pin-for-pin on the connectors of an ECU and wiring harness from a North American market bike. There may be deviations in other markets I do not know about.

In the Kawasaki Manual pin 49 is not shown connected. Neither is it shown as "Unused". Rather, there is a hyphen in the description column and no wire color listed. A visual inspection of an ECU and harness verified that a grey wire is connected from pin 49 to the ignition switch. I do not know the function of this wire yet.
