PREFACE
The att of sccuraicly measuring electrical quantities has
progressed slendily. Atthe present state of art, there is a wide
range and variety of multimeters available in the market, ranging
from the traditional VOM to sophisticated electronic meters and
digital instraments. The VOM however, still retains its popularity
and will continue to do so for many more years to come, because
of its low cost, Operating ease, portability and unambigious indi-
cations.
