Difference between Project and Business as Usual (BAU)


For a project, resource constraints and performance specifications are clearly mentioned in the beginning. There cannot be any ambiguity In Project Approach, employees are required to work in teams (more like Group Technology layout). IN BAU workers generally work in Job shop layout (all similar tasks are grouped in a single cell/location)

Project Scope
IN a project, Project Scope is very important. It specifies:
Whats expected from the project Whats not offered by the project (This is very important but often ignored) Most projects go wrong because of changes to Project scope which results in significant changes in the project
