In the latest issue of your journal, I havepeen the solution to the Kavhmir problem suggested by you. I am glad that this comes very close to what I have been suggesting since beginning. My approach is based on the fact that the State is multi-ethnic and historically an artificial construct. Northern Areas and the south western region below the Pir Panjal which are Punjabi-speaking should be incorporated in ,Pakistan. Ladakh and Jammu should be integrated in India. The Valley of Kashmir which is a geographical, linguistic and cultural entity should enjoy, like Andorra on the border of Spain end France, complete internal autonomy, under the ioint
