    3 eggs 1 cup oil 1 cup sugar 1 cup flour 1-1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup cocoa powder melted chocolate for topping vermicilli to decorate ...Cooking Directions.Beat sugar, eggs and oil in a large bowl. In another bowl mix together the powders and add this mixture to the eggy one. Mix, till no big lumps are visible. Grease a big salad(glass) dish and pour the mixture into it. Put in the microwave for 7-8 mins or until a fork inserted into it comes out cle an. Take out and decorate with melted chocolate and vermicilli.. .
