During those years I have seen Kirsten take on a multitude of roles and tasks, all of which she accomplished with professionalism, accuracy and efficiency. Kirsten never shied away from being on the leading edge to implement new technology in our systems. As we consider to expanding the electronic approvals in our ERP Kirsten led the way to research the methodology and impact of this significant change. She has consistently been an early adopter of technology changes, from ERP upgrades to data mining applications. Kirsten is a key player in identifying methods to ensure data integrity of our ERP. She worked tirelessly to identify data elements and design reports for use to audit data to ensure accuracy. Those audit reports remain in use and a mainstay of our current audit process. Kirstens patience and understanding of the Human Resources information system is demonstrated in every electronic approvals class she teaches. Her students leave with a clear understanding of how-to and the confidence to do so. Kirsten uses those same skills to teach and help individuals with a multitude of information system challenges on a one-to-one basis. These are just a few examples of Kirstens exceptional contributions to our organization. In short, Kirstens skills and knowledge is a great addition to any organization.
