4 cups Oats 1 cups Sliced almonds 1 cups Walnuts Chopped 1 cups Coconut 1 cups Dried cranberries 1 cup Dried Apricots - Chopped 2 cups Brown sugar 1 cups Maple Syrup

-Toast your oats, almonds and walnuts in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned, take out and let cool -Once cooled combine with coconut, cranberries and apricots -Combine brown sugar and maple syrup in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, once it has reached a boil remove from heat and pour over oat mixture -Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes -Let cool then break up big chunks
