Analysis The Case The case of Recruiting in Europe is about Johns first job. He has been asked to write job descriptions for two generic posts, which will be opened in each new office. The description are to be written in english. The Jobs Accounts Manager: Analyze new business opportunities Deliver formal business presentations Manage a team of HR consultants Select, interview, and present candidates to clients HR Consultant: Find the right person to match requirements Maintain excellent relations with clients Advertise job opportunities on the different TSS Websites and find resumes that have been posted on others

Review of Literature Competencies are demonstrable characteristics of the person that make performance possible(Gary Dessler, 2011 : 169). In order to accomplish the job, people or employees must have competencies that are required for the jobs. If people work in something that they are not good at, or they do not have competencies as required, the company will not perform high performance. So,it means competency-based job analysis. ...competencies-based on job analysis means describing the job in terms of measurable, observable, behavioral competencies ( knowledge, skills, and/or behaviors ) that an employee doing that job must exhibit to do the job well(Gary Dessler, 2011 : 169).
