The case is all about the attitude, the behavior and the relationship that affects the relationship of boss and subordinate in the organization. And how does it differs from one changing of the attitude and behavior of the colleagues in different environment and different organization.

Worked freely with subordinates.


Motto- firm but fair, tough but tender. More friendly behavior of Mr. Jame made distance between him and his subordinates. His boss advise to change his behavior & do so.
