 I think Peruvian food is the best in the world because

combine worlds, is interactive, different and creative. Use the essence, the ingredients and another ideas for prepare a delicious food. The Peruvian food is most big every day, many countries are using ideas of Peru for make most great food.

 Now, I think Peruvian food is unique and isnt

sophisticated. The Peruvians are very ingenious and intelligent, we use this for prepare very delicious food, For this reason we have the most delicious American food. One of we staple food is the ceviche. (Chunks of fish in a cilantro and lemon sauce served with Peruvian corn and sweet potato). This plate is very delicious and nothing sophisticated, this is the reason because the ceviche likes at the tourists. Any tourist think so this is a best food in the world.

 Another example is the papa a la huancaina (Boiled

potatoes bathed in a creamy hot yellow pepper sauce and topped with egg and Peruvian olives), isnt sophisticated too, but is one of the millions examples so I can say you in this presentation.
The Peru have a different style food from the rest of

the world, this is the reason for I can say now Peruvian food is the best in the world.
I dont have any doubt about this.
