POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, ______________________________________________________________________ ______________________________________________________________________ Do hereby appoint M/s. Al-Waqas Enterprises, Block 'A' Super Market, PO Box No. 2372 Islamabad, Pakistan, OEP NO. 0680/RWP in our name and on our behalf to recruit personnel required by us as per our instruction from time to time for working on our project at Jordan and do hereby authorize our said attorney to sign, execute, cancel, renew, extend Foreign Service Agreement on our behalf, on the terms and condition offered by us and duly approved by the Protector of Emigrants, Karachi and other Emigration Laws, Rules and Regulations of Pakistan in force from time to time, and process all the recruiters for emigration through the Protector of Emigrants, State Bank of Pakistan, Passport and Emigration Authorities, including the Police, and also to arrange for their Passports, Visas, Entry-permits, Passage etc. through the appropriate Authorities in Pakistan, including the Embassy/Consulate of our Country in Pakistan do all other acts and deeds arising there from or incidental thereto. This Power of Attorney shall cease to have effect whenever it is desired and requested by us. We hereby agree, that all acts, deeds, and things lawfully done by our said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds, and things done by us, and we undertake to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done for us by virtue of the Power hereby given.
