cool vintage style compact Cocktail kit that ts all kinds of acoustic style music. It just does! This amazing Jazz drumkit is a remake of a 20s style jazz kit where the bassdrum and the snare are fused together into a tall standing drum, where the bassdrum beater hits the bottom of the drum. Lending his talent and extensive session experience Per Mikaelsson is undoutedly a drummer with an amazingly broad range of styles and genres in his playing, from pop music through jazz. He also plays percussion with Ume Symphony Orchestra. We used Royerlab R-121 for all closed recorded sounds while the ambience is captured through a Royerlab SF12. These ne microphones were fed through custom made tube pre-amps designed and manufactured by Olof Westman. We recorded to a Pro Tools HD system at 192 Khz/24bit resolution. Finally all samples were edited and dithered to 16- and at 44.1KHz. Post processed for instant results.
