Mentari Cleaning Services was founded by two individual with vast

experience in both cleaning industry and management skills way back in 1997 and in 2001 it was incorporated to SURIA MENTARI CLEANING SERVICES SDN. BHD. Although it was started with a modest amount of capital but today Suria Mentari Cleaning Services is growing fast in every aspect in order to meet the demand of the fast growing Industry. We are supported by a strong management team comprising people with relevant technical experience. We at Suria Mentari Cleaning Services believe that a good health is conducive to the productivity and the quality of our surrounding; we strive to provide excellent cleaning services to satisfy the challenging need of our customers. At Suria Mentari Cleaning Services we have pioneered a program whereby our staff monitors your premise together with you and guarantee that your customized cleaning schedule will be followed in an efficient, effective and professional manner. We feel that it not the quantity of supervisor that matters but the quality of the supervisor that counts. Suria Mentari employees selection, employee training and periodical inspections are to ensure that our services in your premises will meet your expectation. We understand that personnel selection; instruction and evaluation must be conducted in accordance to accomplish customers cleaning requirement. Taking into consideration the requirement of your business nature our selection of the employees entails a personal interview followed by thorough reference check. Our instruction to the staffs involves combination of method of work, which includes hand-on demonstration and printed instruction. This is to ensure that our workers will be able to execute the task given accurately and confidently.

The system employed to monitor our clients properties and facilities and with our experience enables us to effectively handle the labor demands and the financial requirement of any account we contract. Our personnel management techniques are unique and centered on cost control and provide a quick response to client need as they change throughout the year.

STAFFING
It is the intention of Suria Mentari Cleaning Services that our clients premises are kept in a neat and clean condition at all times. The specification submitted herein will be considered minimum requirement. Therefore this specification will only be refereed to as a guide rather than limitation to the services required to effectively maintaining the facility. The facility is to be staffed to maintain an optimum condition of cleanliness. If the level of cleaning at any time is considered to be unacceptable, than Suria Mentari will adjust its staff to take the necessary measure to over come the situation. Staffs shall be adjusted as required to accomplish any periodical maintenance herein specified without abandoning the daily janitorial services. Any extra services will be performed at a predetermined rate agreed by both parties.

CHAIN OF COMMANDS

To enable us to provide quick and effective response to all the needs of our customers requirement, we have a short and flexible and yet efficient chain of command. The personnel assigned to your facility are directly in charge of all day to day tasks. The personnel will work closely with the manager in conjunction with the operation of the immediate area. The operation manager is responsible for the Inspection of work and provides back up to ensure continuity of high quality performance. The manager conducts inspection primarily during business hours and periodical throughout the year.

Post construction cleaning services Initial cleaning services cater for newly constructed building prior to hand over of vacant possession.

Floor care services A treatment and cleaning system cater for the maintenance of all types of granite, marble, natural stone, ceramic, wooden, synthetic and fabricated floor finishes.

External high level cleaning services Intensive cleaning services cater for curtain glass wall and concrete, tiled and aluminum wall cladding.

General cleaning and tea lady services cater for corporate office. Telephone sanitation services cater for cleaning and sanitation of telephones in office.

Terminal cleaning services A cleaning system cater for day to day cleaning of high traffic environment i.e. airport, Railway Station and bus terminal. Cabin cleaning.

Waste disposal
We also provide the service of wastage disposal on daily basis from your premises to the wastage yard. (Waste disposal bin will also be provided if required)

6. Sewerage services. We also provide sewerage services both on monthly basis an on call basis.
