Amy Paugh Speech Amy Paugh spoke about the Patwa language which is a rarely spoken language of the world. However, certain places of the world still speak it, and she mentions about children who choose to speak that language. When children are speaking that language, they are speaking for their imaginary play. It is a controversial language being that they are forbidden to speak it at all even for their imaginary play. For some reason, Patwa is not even considered a real language, and this language can somehow jeopardize childrens futures. Paugh also mentions that English is a language of politics and education, and that Patwa is a symbol of National Identity around at 1978.
