Italian Buffet Menu

Choose One - $26 pp, (second entree $ 6pp, third entre $3pp),
includes Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread (based on minimum of 70 guests)

Entre: Pasta Bolognese Penne pasta simmered in a roasted garlic marinara meat sauce, caramelized red onions, sauted bell peppers, and Parmesan cheese. Shortrib Stroganoff (add $3.00 pp) Egg noodles, tender beef short ribs, caramelized onions, sauted mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese. Chicken Alfredo Fettuccini pasta, roasted garlic Alfredo sauce, sauted chicken breast, sauted mushrooms, marinated diced tomatoes. Chicken Penne Penne pasta sauted with chicken, onions, garlic, and mushrooms in a light tomato cream sauce. Pasta Checca Penne pasta sauted with garlic, olive oil, fresh chopped tomato, basil and a touch of tomato sauce. Farfalle Marinara Farfalle pasta sauted with fresh garlic and shallots in a tomato/basil marinara sauce. (Vegetarian) Pasta Pino Penne pasta sauted with chicken, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and marinated tomatoes.

Pasta Primavera Penne pasta with mixed vegetables, fresh tomatoes, garlic and olive oil in a light tomato sauce. (Vegetarian) Pasta ala Calabrese Penne pasta sauted with Italian sausage, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms in a roasted garlic marinara sauce.
