Diagnosis : Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy, chronic bilateral etmoidal and maxillary sinusitis, chronic right sphenoidal sinusitis Radiologic examination : Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy, bilateral maxillar and anterior etmoidal opacification, right sphenoidal sinusitis Operation Summary : Using radiofrequency ablation reduced Mucousal hypertropy of inferior cocha bilateraly. Hypertrophic mucousa and at maxillar sinus and anterior etmoidal sinuses removed endoscopically. Indications : Bilateral inferior conchal hypertrophy, chronic etmoidal, maxillary and sphenoidal sinusitis Treatment : Radiofrequency ablation of inferior conchas, bilateral endoscopic sinus surgery Result and Recommendations: Nasal irrigation, nasal humification, medication. The patient will be checked seven days later after surgery.
