437B Power Meter

SERIAL NUMBERS Attached to the rear panel of the instrument is a serial number plate. The serial number is in the form: 0000A00000. The rst four digits and the letter are the serial number prex. The last ve digits are the sufx. The prex is the same for identical instruments; it changes only when a conguration change is made to the instrument. The sufx, however, is assigned sequentially and is different for each instrument. This manual applies to instruments with serial numbers prexed 2801A or 2801U and above.
