    1-open your device manager 2-open the modem properties 3-in the Avanced Tab --> Extra initialization commands 4-type this AT&FX for me it gave a 115K speed

    115 speed for yout gprs modem... same as the modem properties.... advance tabe=>command initialization part. replace the ** rs by NETWORK PROVIDER LINK
