USHJA TRAINER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Approved Clinic

Professionals interested in applying for their USHJA Trainer

Certification can use this
as the Clinic or Symposium requirement of the certification process.
Cost: $150 for the two days
includes breakfast and lunches
To receive credit with the USHJA - you will be required to
1) sign in at the beginning and out the end of the clinic each day
2) attend both round table discussions with Clinician Geoff Teall
3) fill out the appropriate USHJA paperwork
