FUTURE POSSIBILITIES
The future for the telecom industry is bright, but will require significant transformation from telecom services providers. They will also have to move from providing basic telecom services and value added services. TRAI plays a major role in Indian telecom industry.
It assist the government of India to take timely decision and introduce new technologies

in the country, but this is a very slow process. Now it is being decide to give all the powers to corporate sectors for more better and faster work. Telecom Sector has contributed a lot to our countrys GDP. With the advent of new technologies like 3G, Wimax etc. The mobile sector alone has been growing rapidly and has emerged as the fastest growing
13 market in the whole worlds.

First simple handset came in which 2G was installed for only messaging and calling. Due to advancement in technology 2G was replaced by 3G and is being installed in most part of the country, and apart from this the operators are also thinking to bring 4G in market which can overcome the problem and limitations of 3G. This sector is growing widely because so much new technologies are being developed which led us to grow global market. in As in future I want to see myself in the top most hierarchy of the company in 3-4 yeras, because it is the sector which is very interesting to me. where there is interest work become more interesting and there is fun and enjoyment and when you enjoy your work success come along your way.

PERSONAL ASPIRATIONS
My interest grew in telecom when I use to see how people can communicate through phone from far distance. When I studied that people communicate through each other from far distance through wire or wireless ,I became more curious to know all the facts behind it, so I decided to opt for this field. As we joined this company during our training period we were given brief information about as to how signals are provided to phone and are work is of Quality Engineer. It is a interesting part of telecom as we have to see the quality of all the installations done by the company whether it is good or bad. It is very responsible job as the name and fame of the company depend on how the employees work for it.

It is very responsible job as the name and fame of the company depend on how the employees work for it. If quality inspection is not done properly then it would be a great loss for the industry. I would like to give my best for the growth and upliftement of the company.
