DEED OF CONVEYANCE (WHERE THE CONSIDERATION IS PAYABLE BY INSTALLMENTS) THIS DEED OF CONVEYANCE is made at P-3 Barangay Canlapwas, Catbalogan

City, Samar this ____ day of __________________ between Mrs. Ma. Teresa Yboa Yulo represented by her daughters Ma. Hazel Yulo Aban and Immaculate Yulo Balan of P-3 Barangay Canlapwas, Catbalogan City, Samar (hereinafter referred to as the 'Vendor') of the One Part, and Mrs. Basilia Cerdea Balan of Salug, Catbalogan City, Samar (hereinafter referred to as 'the Purchaser'). of the Other Part; WHEREAS the Vendor is absolutely seized and possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to the land and premises situate at P-3 Barangay Canlapwas, Catbalogan City, Samar (at the back of the compound of Mrs. Ma. Teresa Yboa Yulo). AND WHEREAS the Vendor has agreed to sell 133 square meters (LOT A 63 sq. m., LOT B 70 sq. m.) of the said property to the Purchaser at the price of ____________ and has received from the Purchaser a sum of ____________ as earnest money on the execution of the agreement for sale. AND WHEREAS the balance is agreed to be paid by the Purchaser by instalments as hereinafter provided. AND WHEREAS the Purchaser has requested the Vendor to execute these presents which he has agreed to do. NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH that pursuant to the said agreement and in consideration of the sum of ________________ paid as earnest money as aforesaid and of ______________ paid on the execution of these presents (receipt whereof the vendor hereby admits) and the balance of _____________ agreed to be paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor by instalments as hereinafter provided, making together the said sum of _____________ agreed to be, paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor.
