Program beasiswa tersebut ditawarkan setiap tahunnya kepada mahasiswa asing, khususnya bagi warganegara negara-negara anggota ASEAN, OK{ dan negara-negara Persemakmuran. Beasiswa ditawarkan untuk tingkat sarjana, magister dan doktoral di beberapa institus! pendidikan, yaitu Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) dan Institut Teknologi Brunei (ITB). Pemerintah Brunei Darussalam akan menanggung biaya pendidikan, 1 (satu) tiket pesawat PP, biaya pengobatan di rumah sakit pemerintah dan beberape biaya tambahan lainnya. Adapun tenggat waktu pendaftaran adalah pada tanggal 28 Februari 2010. Dalam kaitan ini, Kedubes Brunei Darussalam meminta bantuan Kementerian Luar Negeri untuk menyampaikan tawaran beasiswa dimaksud kepada pihak-pihak terkait di Indonesia Terlampir adalah informasi dan formulir pendaftaran program beasiswa dimaksud untuk diteruskan kepada institusi-institusi pendidikan di Indonesia.
