The Plan
The basic idea is to buy plain kurti material from wholesale market, hand paint and get it ribbon embroidered and sell at a premium price through exhibitions. Hand paint and ribbon embroidering to be done by a professional by offering a 20% profit to her. The material would be transported by public transport. The professional would take 3 to 4 hours to hand paint per material and 6 to 8 hours to get it embroidered per material.
The Plan
The production quantity planned is 25. The designing of material is planned to finish in 10 days. The designed kurti material will be sold through exhibitions at Thane or Andheri. Exhibition set up is planned at 15th day from day of purchase. Internet and Social Media are going to be used for communication along with word of mouth.
