Channa Masala Recipe - ???????????? ????? Ingredients: Channa gram - ???????????? - 1 cup Onions - ????????? - 1 no. Tomatoes - ???????

- 2 nos. Cumin seeds - ?????? - 1 tea spoon Asafoetida - ??????????? - a pinch Green chillies - ????? ??????? - 2 nos. Ginger - ????? - small quantity Garlic - ?????? - 3 flakes Besan flour - ???? ???? - 1 table spoon Red chilly powder - ??????? ???? - 1 table spoon Coriander powder - ??????? ???? - 2 table spoons Turmeric powder - ?????? ???? - 1 tea spoon Garam masala - ????? ???? - 1/2 table spoon Curry leaves - ??????????? - small quantity Corinader leaves - ?????????? - small quantity Lemon juice - ?????????????? ???? - few drops Salt to taste Oil for frying Method: Wash and soak channa gram in water for about 8 to 10 hours. Then heat it in pres sure cooker with water and a pinch of salt for about 15 minutes. Chop onion, smash tomatoes in a blender, make ginger-garlic paste, grind green c hillies and curry leaves. Heat oil in pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, besan flour, add onions fry them w ell; add green chilly paste, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and salt and finally smashed tomatoes and fry them for about 5 minutes. Add boiled channa gram. Add red chilly powder, corinader powder, garam masala po wder and mix them well. Add little salt. Add curry leaves and garnish with corin ader leaves. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on it.
