However, ASEAN region has established Spectrum management group to reinforce radiocommunication management activities in Asean and APT in general. 3. More candidates can be withdrawn. 4. Many Study Groups are with many regional delegates. So, we should nominate more candidates.

Inserting leap seconds: We believe that the proposed change no longer keeping atomic time aligned with time as determined by Earths rotation will clearly affect to society and economy. This issue needs to be considered thoughtfully at a wider community. We support the proposal from UK to keep the current system.
