The court finds that defendant-appellant meets the conditions under 18 U.S.C. 3143(b)(1)(A) & (B) and 18 U.S.C. 3145(c) and, therefore, grants defendant-appellants motion for release pending appeal. Release shall be subject to the same conditions as were imposed by the district court prior to defendantappellants conviction. Either party may move in the district court to modify the conditions of release. This order shall be effective forthwith.
