milk and make a soft dough. Keep in freeze for sometime Peda bana lo from the dough Take a mould and pede ko uske size se thoda sa bada belna Mould ko butter daalkar greese kar lo and thoda sa maida bhi chidak lo Bele hue maida ko mould ke shape mein set karke extra parts remove kar lo Custard Boiled Palak & shimla mirch (3 tyopes) ko chop kar lo and add mozella cheese In a bowl take 250 gm cream, add one egg, a pinch of salt and black pepper and m ix all Now put all chopped vegetables in the mould, put some grated cheese & then add t he custard to it Pre heat oven at 180 degrees and then place the moulds in oven for 25-30 mins
