Monscierge enables hotels to provide guests with clear, step-by-step directions with our printing option. If your hotel has opted to use our printing features, we recommend using a Monsciergededicated printer for guest use. Suggested, Monscierge-compatible printers and their attributes are listed below. We also recommend setting the printer up behind the concierge or front desk to encourage guest-staff interaction.

We will configure your print driver for optimal performance. As printing is a new Monscierge feature, we do not have concrete usage statistics. We recommend the Brother HL-217OW as the least risk investment. If your hotel does out-print the Brother HL-217OW, guest use of the application would justify upgrading to a higher-end printer. Please be green and print on recycled or recycled-blend paper.
