1) Drainage holes (The pots would fit into a groove in the floor, and there would be holes in the

pots and the floor for excess water to drain out 2) Water storage area 3) Drain for the water storage area. This is so it doesn't make a mess on the floor There would be a comp intake fan at the bottom, and a comp outfan fan at the top. I would add a carbon filter to both fans. The light fixture is on chains so I can lower / lift the lamps when the plant grows. I have a PSU (Computer power supply unit). It would be a VERY small one. It would be better If I could hook the comp fans to the surgebar (green) instead. The whole interior would be coated with either mylar, or just flat white paint. I would be using CFL lights.
