    first argument (A1) is what to search for in the first column of the array (next argument). second argument is two or more columns of data to search through. Here it is the table on tab 1, Sheet1!A:B. third argument is which number column to return the value from, when there is a match. Here we want names from the 2nd column o fourth argument being 0 requires an EXACT match.
